Open Call for Art+Science Fellowships \u2013 Emergence Festival 2027<\/p>\n

Deadline: June 30, 2026<\/p>\n

How does complexity arise? How do simple interactions give rise to worlds, structures, behaviours, and forms of collective life?<\/p>\n

The research consortium Emergence At All Scales (EAAS) invites artists, makers, and collectives to propose new artworks inspired by the theme of emergence.<\/p>\n

Selected projects will:
\n\u2022 Receive a production budget of up to \u20ac20,000 (incl. VAT)
\n\u2022 Be developed in dialogue with EAAS researchers
\n\u2022 Receive curatorial support throughout the process
\n\u2022 Premiere at the Emergence Festival in Amsterdam (June 2027)<\/p>\n

We welcome proposals in visual art, digital art, film, installation, performance, sound, and interdisciplinary formats.<\/p>\n
