\nMichael Aschauer <\/p>\n

Il TomorrowLand Post \u00e8 un portale di notizie iperlocale e automatizzato che trasforma i dati climatici in narrazioni speculative in stile giornalistico. Utilizzando modelli linguistici e proiezioni ambientali, immagina futuri possibili guidati dalla scienza e dagli algoritmi, piuttosto che dalla finzione.<\/p>\n

\nBGGB Studio<\/p>\n

Come sarebbero gli animali in un lontano futuro sul pianeta Terra, molto tempo dopo la scomparsa dell’umanit\u00e0? The Arqu\u00e0 Manuscript Tapestry \u00e8 un viaggio immaginario nel tempo, idealmente affidato all’intelligenza artificiale che, proprio come gli esploratori premoderni di terre esotiche, riporta descrizioni (pi\u00f9 o meno) affidabili di ci\u00f2 che trova su questa Terra sconosciuta.<\/p>\n

\nRage \/ When The Hawk Comes
\nKatherina Sadovsky e Lilia Li-Mi-Yan<\/p>\n

Rage \u00e8 un progetto video sperimentale in cui l’artista esplora l’interazione tra l’architettura sovietica e la cultura di massa come strumenti di propaganda militare e politica.
\nWhen The Hawk Comes \u00e8 una triste e poetica metafora di ci\u00f2 che sta accadendo nel mondo oggi. Prende spunto dalla trama e dalla melodia di una ninna nanna armena, in cui una madre cerca di calmare il figlio.<\/p>\n

\nMaria Sappho<\/p>\n

Zemi \u00e8 un tappeto-strumento musicale a pressione che ascolta i gesti, il peso e la memoria. Prende il nome dall’oggetto spirituale Ta\u00edno e reinterpreta la superficie domestica come un archivio vivente di storie diasporiche, lavori trascurati e tracce culturali.<\/p>\n

\nSilicon Age
\nMaarten Vanden Eynde<\/p>\n

Silicon Age \u00e8 costituito da un lingotto o boule di silicio puro, ottenuto mediante un processo particolare che permette di ottenere cristalli singoli puri al 99,99999%. L\u2019opera allude a un fatto rivoluzionario dell\u2019inizio del XXI secolo: quando i tradizionali circuiti dei chip in silicio diventarono troppo microscopici per funzionare in modo affidabile, ponendo fine sia alla famosa Legge Moore che all\u2019era non ufficiale del silicio.<\/p>\n

L’utopia di una citt\u00e0 del dopoguerra che avvia un processo di rinaturalizzazione. Girato all’interno di una simulazione di gioco, il film affronta il tema della dicotomia tra cultura e natura e le possibilit\u00e0 di affrontare lo sfruttamento ambientale. \u201cIl programma \u00e8 un tentativo di creare una nuova societ\u00e0 in cui gli obiettivi delle persone non ostacolino quelli di altre persone, alberi, fiumi, scoiattoli, funghi…\u201d<\/p>\n

Following the announcement of the final shortlist, we are pleased to present the artworks that will be exhibited during Share Prize 17th. Artworks that come from the future to the neoclassical setting of Real Collegio San Carlo (Moncalieri), where we are collaborating with Paratissima for the third year in a row. <\/p>\n

\nPost-Tomorrowland’s Morning Post
\nMichael Aschauer<\/p>\n

The TomorrowLand Post is a hyper-local, automated news portal that transforms climate data into speculative newspaper-style narratives. Using language models and environmental projections, it envisions possible futures driven by science and algorithms, rather than fiction.<\/p>\n

\nThe Arqu\u00e0 Manuscript Tapestry
\nBGGB Studio <\/p>\n

What would animals look like in the far future on Planet Earth, long after humanity has vanished? The Arqu\u00e0 Manuscript Tapestry is an imaginary journey in Time, ideally entrusted to Artificial Intelligence, which, just like pre-modern explorers of exotic lands, reports (more or less) reliable descriptions of what it finds on this unknown Earth.<\/p>\n

\nRage \/ When The Hawk Comes
\nKatherina Sadovsky and Lilia Li-Mi-Yan<\/p>\n

Rage is an experimental video work in which the artist explores the interaction of Soviet architecture and mass culture as tools of military and political propaganda.<\/p>\n

When The Hawk Comes is a sad, poetic metaphor for what is happening in the world today. The plot and melody of an Armenian lullaby are taken as a starting point.<\/p>\n

\nMaria Sappho<\/p>\n

Zemi is a pressure-based carpet instrument that listens to gesture, weight, and memory. Named after the Ta\u00edno spirit-object, it reimagines the domestic surface as a living archive of diasporic stories, overlooked labours, and cultural traces.<\/p>\n

\nSilicon Age
\nMaarten Vanden Eynde<\/p>\n

Silicon Age consists of a pure silicon ingot or boule, using a special process to obtain 99.99999% pure single crystals. The work alludes to the game-changing fact that by the start of the twenty-first century, the traditional chip circuitry made of silicon had become too microscopic to work reliably, ending both the infamous Moore\u2019s Law and the unofficial silicon age at the same time.<\/p>\n

A utopia of a post-war city that launches a rewilding. Shot within a game simulation, it touches on culture and nature binaries and possibilities of dealing with environmental exploitation. \u201cThe program is an attempt to create a new society where the aims of people do not stand in the way of the aims of other people, trees, rivers, chipmunks, mushrooms\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Share Prize is the main event of Share Festival XIX,
