What role does artificial intelligence (AI) play in art and culture\u2014and what does this mean for human creativity? How is AI influencing our society?<\/p>\n<p>Artists Esther Hunziker, Stefan Karrer, and Alfatih engage with these questions in their work. Last year, the Art Foundation Pax honoured them with the Pax Art Award for Media Art. Now, in three parallel solo exhibitions at HEK, they present their explorations of AI software systems\u2014critically, reflectively, and with technical finesse.<\/p>\n<p>We delighted to invite you to opening of the exhibition \u00abEsther Hunziker, Stefan Karrer und Alfatih. Swiss Media Art \u2013 Pax Art Awards 2024\u00bb on 14 February at 19:00.<\/p>\n<p>On 26 February, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to delve deeper into these themes. In collaboration with TA-SWISS, we are hosting an evening dedicated to digitalisation, art, and AI. A panel discussion will examine the impact of digital technologies on artistic creation and cultural diversity in Switzerland, while an interactive workshop in collaboration with Dezentrum Think &#038; Do Tank will offer hands-on insights into AI\u2019s potentials and pitfalls.<\/p>\n<p>Below, you\u2019ll find an overview of our February program.
