GOGBOT HAS LAUNCH
Kees’ retirement, winner KITT Youngblood Award
It was a sweltering night with tropical temperatures, and yesterday GOGBOT once again launched into Enschede orbit for four long days and nights of insane art and music.
The evening kicked off with an official opening, where our main man Kees de Groot announced he is retiring from his position as creative director of PLANETART.
Art critic Renée Steenbergen and avant-garde expert Mariëtte Groot awarded the KITT Youngblood Award to Nelly Dansen, who in true diva / bimbo style (with a wink of course 😉 attended the ceremony by calling in while on the road to another exhibition.
We still have 3 more days to go, so go check out the complete festival program. And be sure to wear those sunglasses at night, because we have the Acid Rave (Friday) and the (Hard) Techno Rave (Saturday) coming up at Metropool!
